Here is another Rufo's delicious meal and it's their specialty of the house, TAPA.
Tapa is dried or cured beef, mutton or venison, although other meat or even fish may be used. Filipinos prepare thin slices of meat and cure it with salt and spices as a method of preserving it. Tapa is best fried or grilled, often served with rice, fried egg and achara (pickled papaya strips) (Wikipedia.com).

At first, when I saw the dish I thought it was beef steak but, I was wrong. The sauce is sweet and delicious. The price of this dish is kinda expensive for me, it costs around Php. 108 pesos without drinks, but the experience is quite worth it.
I won't recommend this for those who are on a tight budget, but if you have extra cash then Rufo's famous tapa is worth paying for.
Thank you and stay tuned in taste bud speaks.
