This is a simple way of making your own homemade mango ice cream.
Things needed
- 2 Mangoes
- 250mL All Purpose Cream
- 1 cup of Evaporated milk
- Sugar
- Blender
- Mixer
- Bowl
Procedure
- Peel the mangoes and put it in the blender. Add one cup of milk and blend to create mango puree.
- Place the All Purpose cream into the bowl. Add sugar and the mango puree. Using your mixer, mix all the ingredients until it's smooth and fluffy.
- Place your finished product in a container and freeze it for at least 6 hours.
- Then serve, eat, and enjoy.
